I HAVE HAD IT!!!!!
Listen, there are millions of mac computers out there. MILLIONS! Now a percentage of these Macs have installed bootcamp and run windows on their machines. Now even a fraction of one million is a substantial number. Lets assume you make software, I don’t want to mention any companies in particular, but there are many out there with the same problem. What is the problem you ask? THEY DONT SUPPORT SYSTEMS LIKE A MAC WITH BOOT CAMP. So you are telling me because you are lazy and cant code around a bloody time stamp issue you will not support me and my choice of hardware?!?!?!? WTF!!!!!
This is CRAZY! You are going to tell me that you are going to throw out thousands if not tens of thousands of customers, and millions upon millions of dollars to the curb because you don’t want to take the time to code around a time stamp???? Seriously? Really!!!! Besides it makes you look like a bunch of jerks plain and simple.
Pull your heads out of your collective arse and look at all the lost profit. It does not take a genius to see you are leaving money on the table….
Just sharing my frustrated thoughts. Companies that ‘Adapt and overcome’ win. The ones not changing hoping the problems go away loose. Just look at newspapers, and the music industry right now. Had they taken the time to adapt they would not be in the dying industry category. As far as I can see this it is a one person and maybe a 8 hour day coding solution.
